This notice explains how information submitted through the Scaleframes agency partnership form is handled.

Who handles your information

Scaleframes is operated by Karl Filip Mukka trading as Scaleframes. For questions about your information, contact sales@scaleframes.com.

Information you provide

We collect your agency name, website, contact name, business email, country, client-count range, service interests, estimated monthly volume and any message you choose to include. We also record your chosen partnership route, privacy acknowledgement and its time, and an application reference.

Purpose and handling

We use these details to assess and respond to your partnership enquiry, discuss a potential pilot and manage follow-up. Your submission is stored in our Base44 application and may be transferred to our connected HubSpot CRM for this purpose. Access to application records is restricted to authorised administrators. Please do not submit client passwords, confidential client files or sensitive personal information.

Cookies and spam-prevention data

We retain campaign attribution and referring-site information where available to understand the source of an enquiry. The form uses validation and spam controls. A hashed network identifier and request counts are used to limit repeated submissions. Optional visitor analytics remain subject to the website’s cookie choices.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, manage the potential relationship and meet applicable obligations, then delete or anonymise it. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. You can withdraw your agreement to enquiry follow-up by email; this does not undo processing already carried out.
